Our Policies:

  • Tuition: is due by the 5th of the month. Tuition is not refundable and there are no adjustments for missed classes. Holidays and months with 5 weeks do not affect the amount of the monthly tuition payments as they have been accounted for in the year’s term. All tuition this year will be set up on automatic payments. They account you set up will be debited on the 5th of each month. We no longer accept checks or cash payments for tuition!

  • Late Fees: A $15.00 late fee will be applied to any payment not received by due date.

  • Account in arrears: Any account that goes 30 days past due, the student will not be allowed to attend the class until the account is paid in full. With our new policy this should never occur.

  • Returned Checks: There is a $35.00 returned check fee or insufficient funds.

  • Withdrawals: Withdrawing from an enrolled class requires written notice prior to the first of the month. If written notice or tuition is not received by the 5th, payment for that month along with the incurred late fee will be charged and due regardless of attendance.

  • Recital Fee: There is an annual student recital performance at the end of the dance school year. There is a $10 fee per dancer for recital. These fees are due March 1st. Recital is always optional. If you would like to opt out you must due so no later than December 1st in writing.

  • Costume Fee: There are no refunds on costume fees. If your fee is not paid you don't get a costume. Costumes must be ordered early in the year to ensure they are received on time. All costumes are made to order. Before costumes are ordered your dancer's measurements will be taken. Attendance during this class is very important. Costumes may still need alterations when they come in. Alterations are the responsibility of the dancer. Exchanges can sometimes be made. Exchange Fees will be the responsibility of the dancer. All costume fees are due by November 15th.
